We are an IT company based in Poznań, providing IT services for medium and large enterprises across Poland.
We have been operating in the industry since 2004. We have extensive experience supporting the manufacturing and service sectors, where operational continuity and security are crucial for a company’s functioning.
Our scope of services includes: IT support (IT helpdesk, server administration), computer network management, server infrastructure development (server deployments, cloud migrations), and many more. Our strengths are our experience, a well-coordinated team, and procedures developed over many years. Thanks to them, we can deliver professional solutions to our clients. We continuously grow and expand our industry knowledge. We provide our clients with the highest quality of service — we act efficiently and are not afraid to move forward.
Company history
IT Company was founded in 2004 in Poznań. In the beginning, it was a sole proprietorship run by the current CEO, Maciej Pokrzywiński. At that time, he handled both IT helpdesk services and the creation of websites and graphics for clients. For a period, he worked independently and gained valuable experience by participating in numerous projects of often very different nature.
“For me, it was always the most important to maintain the highest level of service, and I took great care of that,” emphasizes Maciej. As the company gradually developed, he placed significant importance on relationships and the quality of customer service. All of this contributed to the company acquiring new business partners.
Over time, the business began to grow. The first employees were hired, and the first office was established. Initially, as mentioned, the company offered a wide range of services and operated in many different areas. After a thorough analysis, the CEO made the decision to specialize in IT support. Since then, all activities of IT Company have been focused on IT support.
Our main goal became providing IT services at the highest possible level. Every day, our team of specialists puts in maximum effort to meet our clients’ expectations and to jointly implement modern IT solutions in their businesses.
